摘要
目的:研究黑果枸杞口服液联合氯吡格雷治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:将2016年6月至2017年6月收治的冠心病心绞痛者68例随机分为观察组对照组,各34例。对照组单纯口服氯吡格雷治疗,观察组给予黑果枸杞口服液联合氯吡格雷治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组无严重不良心脏事件发生,对照组发生2例严重不良心脏事件。结论:黑果枸杞口服液是治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效药物,与氯吡格雷合用可增强疗效,且能减少氯吡格雷用量,抑制其不良反应。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of black lycium barbarum oral liquid combined with clopidogrel in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods:68 cases of patients with agina pectoris and coronary heart disease from June 2016 to June 2017 were divided into control group(34 cases)and treatment group(34 cases).The patients in the control group were given clopidogrel and the patients in the treatment group were administered with black lycium barbarum oral liquid on the basis of the control group.The effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no severe adverse cardiovascular event in the control group while there were two cases in the treatment group.Conclusion:The black lycium barbarum oral liquid is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease,which can promote the curative effect when combined with clopidogrel.It may reduce the dosage of clopidogrel and resist severe adverse events.
