摘要
目的观察黑果枸杞胶囊对青少年轻中度近视进展控制的临床疗效。方法采用随机、对照、双盲的研究方法。收集2012年1月—2013年1月于伊犁州中医医院就诊的18岁以下(6~18岁)(-50度^-600度)经确诊的近视青少年256例(501眼),随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组予以口服黑果枸杞胶囊每日1粒(含花青素300 mg),对照组则每日口服安慰剂(淀粉300 mg)。6个月后观察视力、屈光度及眼部症状的变化,进行统计学分析。结果与对照组比较,治疗组视力、屈光度改善明显,可有效控制青少年轻中度近视的进展,有效率达81.69%;减少屈光度数有效率达72.87%。结论黑果枸杞胶囊能有效控制青少年轻中度近视的发展,并改善其远视力,减少青少年轻中度近视的屈光度数。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Heiguo Gouqi capsule on progress control of adolescent mild-to-moderate myopia. Methods Using randomized, controlled, and double-blind study methods, 256 cases（501 eyes） under 18（6 to 18 years old）（-50 degrees to-600 degrees） the diagnosis of myopic adolescent were collected from January 2012 to January 2012 in Yili Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group took orally Heiguo Gouqi capsule daily grain（contain anthocyanins 300 mg）. The control group took oral placebo dsily（300 mg starch）. The change of eyesight, diopter and eye symptoms were observed for statistical analysis after six months. Results Comparing with the control group, eyesight and diopter of the treatment group improved significantly, which can effectively control the adolescent mild-to-moderate myopia progress, and the effective rate was 81.69%. The effective rate of reduction the number of diopter was 72.87%. Conclusion Heiguo Gouqi capsule can effectively control the development of adolescent mild-to-moderate myopia, improve their distant vision, aand reduce the num-ber of diopter.
