摘要
阐述了d_m·n值超过2.0×10~6mm·r/min的超高速电主轴轴承的油气润滑机理,分析了轴承腔内的气帘效应,重点介绍了目前较先进的几种润滑新技术,并对其加工成本、环保性和综合性能进行总结。
Aiming at the ultra-high speed motorized spind le bearings with dm.n value of more than 2.0 X 106 mm.r/m in,the oil-air lubrication mechanism is expounded,and the air curtain effect inside chamber of the bearings is analyzed.Several advanced and new lubrication technologies at present are introduce demphatically,and the processed cost,environm ental protection perform ance and comprehensive perform ance are summarized.
