摘要
为了不断提高轴承的寿命与精度,目前轴承所使用的材料、设备、工艺都有了飞跃的发展。轴承加工单位在不断提高这些加工精度与研发材料达到某个极限时,不得不从轴承设计角度上对通用轴承进行创新。由于"差载轴承"属新型轴承产品,尚无详细的寿命及其精度方面的理论分析,以汽车轮毂轴承为主要事例,就该新轴承相对传统结构的轴承,有效提高了寿命与极限转速,做了表浅性研究分析,为行业提供参考和借鉴。
In order to continuously improve the life expectancy of bearings and precision, the materials used for bearing, its processingequipment and techniques have a great leap in the development. When bearing manufacturer in tile continuous development of the machining accuracy and the material reached a certain linfit, innovation had to be done to the general bearing from the side of designing. I)ue to "' Differential-Ring Bearing" was a new concept kind of bearing, there was no details of the life accuracy of theoretical analysis yet. By auto wheel bearings as the main examples, a superficial analysis and research were made to this new bearing as compared to bearing of traditional structure, which effectively improved the life and speed limit.
