摘要
目的探究重症监护护理评分系统(ICNSS)在脑外科监护室护理人力资源管理中的应用价值。方法以2016年1—12月为时间区间,随机选择脑外科监护室接受治疗的100例患者,按照入院先后顺序分为对照组、研究组,分别予以传统平均分床护理监护管理方法、ICNSS护理人力资源管理方法,对比效果。结果研究组患者住院时间、医疗费用均低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度、护士满意度分别为96.00%(48/50)、95.00%(19/20),均明显高于对照组82.00%(41/50)、70.00%(14/20),而不良事件发生率2.00%(1/50)明显低于对照组14.00%(7/50),组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICNSS在脑外科重症监护室护理人力资源管理工作中应用效果良好,能够提升护理质量,优化护士人力资源分配,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the application value of intensive care nursing marking system in the human resource management of nursing in the ICU in the department of cerebral surgery.Methods 100 cases of patients treated in ICU in the department of cerebral surgery from January to December 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order,the control group and the research group respectively adopted the traditional nursing supervision management method and ICNSS nursing human resources management method,and the effect was compared between the two groups.Results The length of stay and medical cost in the research group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the satisfactory degrees of patients and nurses in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group,[96.00%(48/50),95.00%(19/20)vs 82.00%(41/50),70.00%(14/20)],and the incidence rate of adverse events was obviously lower than that in the control group,[2.00%(1/50)vs 14.00%(7/50)],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of ICNSS in the human resource management of nursing in the ICU in the department of cerebral surgery is good,which can improve the nursing quality and optimize the allocation of human resources of nurses,and it is worth promotion and application.
