摘要
以纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)为隔热填料,水性聚氨酯(PU)为成膜物质制备纳米氧化锡锑透明隔热涂料。采用紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计和自制隔热实验装置进行透光性和隔热性能测试。结果表明,p H=9,ATO固含量3%,厚度为100μm的涂膜光学性能最佳,可见光区透过率达70%,红外阻隔率达60%,隔热装置测试温差可达4.3℃左右,隔热性能明显。
ATO/PU heat-insulating coatings were prepared with ATO as heating-insulating fillers,waterborne polyurethane as film forming matter.Studies on-heat-insulated property of ATO film showed that optical performance of film when pH=9,3%of ATO solid liquid content,100μm in thickness was optimized,its transmittance in visible region was up to 70%,infrared barrier rate was up to 60%,range of temperature could be up to about 4.3℃after heat insolation,with obvious heat-insulated property.
