石墨烯改性数字雕刻用绿色涂料制备及性能比较研究

摘要 为了提升数字雕刻用绿色涂料的电磁屏蔽性能,采用石墨烯对苯丙乳液进行了改性处理并制备了石墨烯改性苯丙乳液制备得到的涂料,对比分析了改性前和改性后涂料的结构、显微形貌、热稳定性和电磁屏蔽性能。结果表明,改性涂料在涂刷过程中刷涂无障碍、耐冻融3次循环未变质、透水性为0.28 mL,符合T/CNCIA 01004—2017《水性石墨烯电磁屏蔽建筑涂料》标准。原始涂料和改性涂料都出现了碳酸钙衍射峰,且改性涂料整体呈现层层堆叠的形态,具有较高的结晶性。原始涂料和改性涂料的热稳定性相当。在稳定阶段,改性涂料的电磁屏蔽效能值越为23.04 dB,原始涂料的电磁屏蔽效能值为3.88 dB,改性涂料的电磁屏蔽效能值都高于原始涂料。改性涂料不会改变原始涂料的热稳定性和常规性能,而电磁屏蔽性能有明显提升,适宜于在具有电磁屏蔽需求的数字雕刻涂料中应用。 In order to improve the electromagnetic shielding performance of green coatings for digital engraving,graphene was used to modify the styrene-acrylic emulsion and the coatings prepared by graphene modified styrene-acrylic emulsion were prepared.The structure,microstructure,thermal stability and electromagnetic shielding performance of the coatings before and after modification wrere compared and analyzed.The results show that the modified coating is barrier-free during the brushing process,does not deteriorate after three cycles of freeze-thaw resistance,and has a water permeability of 0.28 mL,which meets the T/CNCIA 01004—2017“Waterborne Graphene Electromagnetic Shielding Architectural Coatings”standard.Both the original coating and the modified coating showed calcium carbonate diffraction peaks,and the modified coating showed a layer-by-layer stacking pattern with high crystallinity'.The thermal stability of the original coating and the modified coating is equivalent.In the stable stage,the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the modified coating is 23.04 dB,and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the original coating is 3.88 dB.The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the modified coating is higher than that of the original coating.The modified coating does not change the thermal stability and conventional properties of the original coating,but the electromagnetic shielding performance is significantly improved,which is suitable for application in digital engraving coatings with electromagnetic shielding requirements.
