摘要
为改善PZT压电陶瓷电性能,并同时满足片式化压电陶瓷元器件的低成本化对陶瓷材料低温烧结的要求,通过在PZT压电陶瓷材料中掺杂钐提升其电学性能,并添加玻璃助烧剂LBBS降低陶瓷的烧结温度。文章研究了钐掺杂和LBBS添加对PZT基压电陶瓷晶相、微观形貌及介电性能、压电性能的影响。钐掺杂提升了陶瓷的电学性能,LBBS的添加使材料的烧结温度从1 200℃以上降至900℃。减少了铅的挥发对人体及环境造成的危害,并实现了压电陶瓷材料与低熔点银电极的共烧,有利于将压电陶瓷材料与低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术相结合,将压电器件向小型化和集成化方向发展。
In order to improve the electrical properties of PZT piezoelectric ceramic,while meeting the requirements of the low cost of the piezoelectric ceramic components,piezoelectric ceramic materials need low temperature sintering.The electrical properties of PZT piezoelectric ceramic materials were doped with samarium,and the sintering temperature was reduced by adding a agent LBBS.The effect of the dopant of samarium and addition of LBBS on the crystal phase,microstructure,dielectric and piezoelectric properties of PSZT was studied.Samarium doping enhanced the electrical properties of ceramics,LBBS adding reduced the sintering temperature from 1 200℃to 900℃.Reduce the harmful effects of lead volatilization on human body and environment,and realize the co-fired of the piezoelectric ceramic and the low-melting silver electrode.It’s beneficial to combine piezoelectric ceramic with the LTCC technology,promote the development of piezoelectric devices to miniaturization and integration.
