The effect of piezoelectric cells inkjet printing nozzle length on flow field in the tube: a numerical simulation

摘要 主要分析基于压电的喷墨打印喷嘴长度对细胞损伤因素的影响。数值模拟和理论分析。随着喷嘴长度的增加,管中的整体压力明显增大。但切应力的大小没有改变,其分布位置随着喷嘴增长而被拉长,从而使切应力梯度减小。喷嘴越长,越有利于液滴的分离和降低切应力梯度对细胞的拉伸作用,但易增加压力损伤和增加所受疲劳的周次,降低细胞的存活率。 To study the effect of piezoelectric cells inkjet printing nozzle length on injury factor of cell in the tube.Numerical simulation and theoretical analysis were used in this article.With the increase of the nozzle length,the overall pressure and the maximum pressure in pipe were increased obviously.And there was no impact on shear stress,but shear stress gradient had decreased with the length of nozzle increasing.This is more conducive to the separation of droplets and decrease the tensile effect of shear stress gradient on cells with the increase of the nozzle length,but it increases the damage of pressure and fatigue,so as to decrease the survival rate of cells.
