摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除手术治疗胆结石的临床效果。方法将我院收治的胆结石患者340例按手术方式分为两组,分别给予开腹胆囊切除术治疗(对照组140例)及腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗(观察组200例)。比较两组患者的手术效果及相关指标。结果观察组手术时间、术后排气时间及住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后镇痛剂应用次数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率(1.5%)低于对照组(7.9%),治疗总有效率(100.0%)高于对照组(93.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石安全有效,且术后疼痛症状轻微,恢复快。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with gallstones.Methods Three hundred and forty patients with gallstones admitted inour hospital were divided into two groups according to operation methods.The control group was treated with open cholecystectomy(140 cases)and the observation group accepted laparoscopic cholecystectomy(200 cases).The surgical effects and other indicators between the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the use time of postoperative analgesics was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group(1.5%)was lower than that in the control group(7.9%),and the total effective rate(100.0%)was higher than that of the control group(93.6%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is safe and effective in patients with gallstones,and the symptoms of postoperative pain are mild and fast recovery
