反激变换器传导干扰的建模与抑制

摘要 反激变换器是一种常见的拓扑结构,其具有结构简单、输入输出电气隔离、电压调节范围宽等优点,在机内电源中应用广泛,在其设计阶段必须考虑电磁兼容问题.本文分析了传导干扰的原因及传输路径,利用软件ANSYS Q3D提取PCB相关寄生参数,用Saber建立了反激电路EMI仿真模型,得到电路传导干扰仿真波形,并设计了相应的无源滤波器,在设计初期为电源滤波器设计提供了一定依据. As a widely-used circuit topology,the flyback converter has many advantages,such as having a simple structure,electrical isolation between input and output,a wide voltage regulation range,etc.As it is widely used in the internal power supply,the electromagnetic compatibility must be considered in its design stage.The causes and transmission paths of conduction disturbances are analyzed and the PCB related parasitic parameters are extracted by ANSYS Q3D.By the simulation model of the circuit established by Saber the waveforms of circuit conduction disturbance are obtained and the corresponding passive filter is designed which will provide a basis for the design of EMI filter.
