摘要
PICC为经外周置入中心静脉导管,具有穿刺成功率高、导管留置时间长、导管携带与维护方便、保护病患血管、减轻病患痛苦等优势,已被广泛应用于肿瘤化疗治疗之中。机械性静脉炎是PICC置管所引发的常见并发症之一。对PICC机械性静脉炎的预防与护理一直是医护人员的关注焦点之一,对减轻肿瘤患者的疼痛与压力具有重要意义。因此文章对肿瘤患者PICC致机械性静脉炎的预防与护理对策研究进行综述。
PICC has been widely used in the treatment of cancer chemotherapy because of its advantages of high success rate of puncture,long catheterization time,convenient catheterization and maintenance,protection of blood vessels of patients and alleviation of pain.Mechanical vein tumor is one of the common complications caused by PICC catheterization.Prevention and care of PICC mechanical vein tumor has always been one of the focuses of medical staff,and it is of great significance to relieve the pain and pressure of cancer patients.Therefore,this article reviews the prevention and treatment of mechanical vein tumor induced by PICC in cancer patients.
