摘要
社交媒体时代,公众的社交媒体话语建构成了社会常态。在危机情境中,愈来愈多的公众积极主动地参与到危机的传播与建构中,是社交媒体场域下危机传播的新面向。公众参与危机传播的时间直播化,危机传播的形式视频化,危机传播的内容娱乐化,危机传播的负面信息永存化,以及积极公众对危机的主动回应是社交媒体场域下公众参与危机传播的五大转向。危机传播管理必须面对这种危机传播环境的骤变,提出有效的应对策略。
The public often expresses,competes,and encounters vie'ws through the social media in the social media age.More and more people try to publicize the crisis news in the crisis situation,so the crisis communication has become a new trend.This paper argues that there are five features of public communicating forms in crisis with social media,including live broadcast of crisis,crisis communicating in video,crisis entertainment,and negative information permanently kept in the social media.The crisis management should,facing the sudden change of the crisis environment,put forward some effective strategies.
