摘要
为了揭示湖北省恩施州富硒土壤区常见农作物及其根系土含硒、镉的特征,以恩施市新塘乡、龙凤镇等地区为采样区块,对土豆、茶叶、玉米、水稻、魔芋、白菜、萝卜及其根系土进行采样,分析每份农作物可食用部位及其根系土的全量元素硒和镉含量,分析发现:(1)七大农作物硒的平均含量依次排序为白菜茎叶>水稻籽粒>玉米籽粒>茶叶叶片>魔芋块根>萝卜块茎>土豆块根,含量均值从0.688 2~0.001 33 mg/kg依次递减;(2)采样农作物镉的平均含量依次排序为水稻籽粒>魔芋块根>白菜茎叶>茶叶叶片>土豆块根>玉米籽粒>萝卜块茎,含量均值149.458~31.614 ng/g依次递减;(3)水稻和白菜、萝卜及其根系土的硒镉相比其他农作物之间关系较为显著,其他农作物及其根系土硒镉含量也有不同程度的关联。
In order to reveal the characteristics of selenium and cadmium in common crops and their root soils in SE rich soil region of Enshi Prefecture,Hubei Province,the full amount of selenium and cadmium content of each edible parts of crops such as potatoes,tea,corn,rice,konjak,Chinese cabbage,radish and root soil samples are analyzed.The analysis found that:①the average content of selenium in seven crops is sorted in turn:cabbage leaf>rice grain>corn>tea leaf>konja>Radish tuber>potato tube.The average content decreased from0.6882to0.00133mg/kg in turn.②the average content of cadmium in crops is ranked sequentially:rice grain>konja>cabbage leaf>tea leaf>potato tuber>corn>Radish tuber.The average content decreased from149.458to31.614ng/g.③selenium and cadmium in rice and cabbage,radish and root soil compared to other crops is a significant relationship between other crops,and root soil selenium and cadmium content also have different degrees of correlation.
