摘要
根据2005—2015年河南省肉类、奶类、毛类、禽蛋、蜂蜜等八种畜产品数据,采用专业化指数、空间基尼系数和产业平均集聚率等指标,分析河南省畜产品的专业化水平、空间集聚格局及其演变。结果表明:河南畜牧业的地理集聚呈现明显向南部地区和东北部地区转移的趋势,形成西南-东北集中分布的空间格局;对于细分行业,肉类的集聚水平有所降低,其中最明显的是猪肉和羊肉,而牛肉的集聚性略有提升,专业化水平变化不是太明显;奶类的集聚地区最为稳定,一直都集中洛阳、郑州和焦作等地,但逐渐向西部的洛阳集中的趋势比较明显;蜂蜜呈现出高度的专业化和地理集聚;禽蛋为普遍性畜产品,对畜牧业总量的提高具有重要贡献,但专业化水平和地理集聚程度还比较低;八种畜产品中毛类的集聚性和专业化水平最为突出,其中山羊毛主要集中在郑州和济源等地,绵羊毛则主要集中在西北和东南地区。
According to the data collected from2005to2015on pork,mutton,beef,milk,eggs,honey,sheep wool and goat wool products in Henan province,this paper gives an analysis to the specialization,spatial agglomeration and geographical distribution of its animal husbandry according to the specialization index,spatial Gini coefficient and industrial average aggregate rate.The results show that its animal husbandry products present a shifting trend to the south and northeast areas,forming a spatial distribution of southwest and northeast agglomeration.but at the subdivision industry level,the agglomeration of meat is considerably reduced,particularly of pork and mutton,whereas the agglomeration of beef is slightly improved,and the change of specialty level is not obvious.The milk has the most stable concentration mostly in Luoyang,Zhengzhou and Jiaozuo but with a gradual shift to the western part of Luoyang.The honey industry has a high degree of specialization and geographical agglomeration.Although the eggs,as common animal products,have comparatively low degree of specialization and geographical agglomeration,it makes important contribution to the improvement of specialization of the total animal husbandry.Among the eight livestock products,the wool products are the most prominent in terms of agglomeration and specialization,among which the goat wool mainly concentrates in Zhengzhou and Jiyuan while the sheep is mainly concentrated in the northwest and southeast regions.
