摘要
产业集聚是提升产业竞争力和区域竞争力的一条有效途径。本文利用区位商指数和空间基尼系数,分析了我国传统平原农区畜牧业各子类产业的区域集聚分布情况和区域集聚程度。结果表明:农区畜牧业区域发展不平衡,且产业集聚还处于初级起步阶段,集聚水平低,集聚优势不明显,但有逐渐增强的趋势。提出农区畜牧业的持续发展,要加快农业产业结构的调整,实行种养有机结合,打破饲料资源制约瓶颈;以发展标准化养殖小区和规模养殖场为重点,合理规划农区畜牧业产业区域布局;以龙头企业为中心,提高农区畜牧业生产专业化水平,逐步增强畜牧业集聚优势。
Industrial clustering is an effective way to enhance industrial competitiveness and regional compefitveness. The paper calculates the congregation degree of regional concentration and regional distribution of the sub-class of animal husbandry industry in Chinese tradional plain agricultural areas by using the means of location index and the spatial gini coefficient.The results indicated that animal husbandry in Chinese tradional plain agricultural areas possessed unbalanced regional development, and industrial clustering of animal husbandry is still in its initial stage of primary, with low levels of aggregation and hidden agglomeration advantages： But it will be enhanced gradually. To keep sustainable development of animal husbandry in trational agricultural areas, we should speed up the adjustment of agricultural structure, implement an organic combination of planting and breeding, break the bottleneck of feed resource constraints; take the development of standardized breeding plots and the large-scale breeding farms as the key point, focus on a rational plan for the regional distribution of animal husbandry industry in trational agricultural areas; and take the leading enterprises as the center, to improve the level of specialization of livestock production in agricultural areas, and enhance the advantages of livestock concentration gradually.
