摘要
托法是疡科三大内治法则"消、托、补"中的一种,《外科精义》中曰:"凡为疡医,不可一日无托里之药。"肛周脓肿属于中医"肛痈"范畴,是指在肛管直肠周围间隙发生急慢性感染而形成的脓肿,是外科常见疾病,发病率高,又是急症,病情进展迅速。托法在肛周脓肿疾病的治疗中贯彻始终,起到清托、透托、补托的作用。本文就托法在肛周脓肿的应用做一论述,以期为临床提供一些线索及参考。
Expelling pus method is one of the three methods of the internal rule of sores.In the book of《Waikejingyi》“The treatment of ulcers is not good except for the method of expelling pus method”.Crissum abscess belong to the category of“anus carbuncle”of traditional Chinese medicine,that occurred around the anorectal clearance of acute or chronic infection and abscess formation,it is a common disease,surgical morbidity is high,it is emergency,and it progress rapidly.The expelling pus method has played an importment role in the treatment of diseases of anus week abscess.In this paper,we discuss the application of expelling pus method in perianal abscess in order to provide some clues and references.
