摘要
应用Autodesk Inventor软件,分别以两种不同的设计方法对特殊复杂曲面的创建过程及相关设计的实用性和建模通用性进行探究,并用数学积分的思想进一步计算说明二者的之间的相关性和相似性.利用Inventor中提供的两种创建曲线的方法建立了液压系统中设计制造较为困难的叶片泵定子内高次曲线极坐标方程,并对其进行了二维参数化建模仿真设计,结果表明Inventor两种坐标环境切换模式对工业生产制造中高次复杂曲面的数模创建更具优越性.
The creation process of the special complex curved surface and the practicability and generality of modeling of the related design were explored using two different design methods with the Autodesk Inventor software.The correlation and similarity of the two results were further illustrated using mathematical integral method.The polar coordinates equation of the high order curve of the vane pump were produced using two methods provided by Autodesk Inventor,and2D parametric modeling design was created.The results show that the two coordinate environment switching model of the Inventor has advantges in creating the multiple curves in the manufacture.
