摘要
叶片倾角和定子内曲线是提高双作用叶片泵性能的主要结构参数.以YZ-1型液压实验台双作用叶片泵为雏形,推导不同定子内曲线的建模公式,在SolidWorks中建立定子转子及叶片部件三维模型;在建立模型的基础上,借助ANSYS Workbench分析不同叶片倾角和定子内曲线下叶片的受力情况,并对分析结果进行比较探讨.
The blade angle and the stator curve are the main structural parameters to improve the performance of the double acting vane pump. The double acting vane pump of YZ-1 type hydrau- lic laboratory is taken as the model sample. The modeling formulae for different stator inner curves are derived,and 3D model of rotor and stator blade part is founded based on SolidWorks. On the basis of the model,the blade's stresses at different angles of vane and stator curves are an- alyzed by ANSYS Workbench,and the result is compared and explored.
