基于EDEM的砻谷机的砻谷过程仿真 被引量:7

摘要 笔者提出了一种使用离散元仿真技术研究砻谷过程的方法。首先对砻谷机和稻谷进行三维建模,并根据需求进行了简化,将简化后的砻谷机导入到EDEM中,为其设置了适当的运动形式;然后将稻谷模型导入EDEM中进行颗粒填充,基于砻谷机的实际工况设置了相关的仿真参数。仿真结果表明,基于EDEM的砻谷机的砻谷过程仿真与实际工作情况很接近,这意味着可以用EDEM进行砻谷过程的仿真研究。上述方法可以应用在砻谷机的工艺参数确定中,并对类似颗粒物加工过程的离散元仿真应用有一定的参考意义。 This paper presents a method to study the process of hulling by using discrete element simulation technology.Firstly,the three-dimensional modeling of the hull and rice is carried out and simplified according to the demand.The simplified hulling machine is introduced into EDEM,and the appropriate form of movement is set.Then,the rice model is introduced into EDEM for particle filling,and the relevant simulation parameters are set based on the actual working conditions of the hulling machine.The simulation results show that the algorithm of hulling process based on EDEM is close to the practical work,which means that EDEM can be used to simulate the hulling process.The above method can be applied to determine the process parameters of the hulling machine and have some reference significance for the discrete element simulation application of similar particle processing.
