摘要
目的探讨鳖甲软肝片对代偿期乙型肝炎患者血清炎症因子和D-二聚体水平产生的影响。方法收集本院2015年1月至2017年1月收治的86例代偿期乙型肝炎患者,将患者统一编号,取随机数字排序后,前43例为研究组,后43例为对照组,对照组患者给予抗病毒药物恩替卡韦进行治疗,研究组患者在抗病毒治疗的同时使用鳖甲软肝片进行治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效以及血清炎症因子和D-二聚体水平变化情况。结果研究组患者临床总有效率为95.35%(41/43)明显高于对照组79.07%(34/43),组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者IL-2明显升高、IL-4、IL-6和TNF-α水平均降低(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者D-D水平明显降低,和治疗前与治疗后对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方鳖甲软肝片可有效的缓解代偿期乙型肝炎患者的症状、体征,改善肝功能和血清炎症因子以及D-D水平,效果显著,可推广使用。
Objective To investigate the effects of Biejia Ruangan Tablet on serum inflammatory factors and D-dimer in patients with hepatitis B in the compensatory phase.Methods A total of80patients with hepatitis B treated during Jan.2015and Jan.2017were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=43)received antiviral drug Entecavir,and the study group(n=43)received Entecavir and Biejia Ruangan Tablet at the same time.The clinical efficacy and changes in serum inflammatory factors and D-dimer were observed.Results The total effective rate was95.35%(41/43)and79.07%(34/43)in the study group and control group(P<0.05).After treatment,IL-2increased significantly in both groups,while IL-4,IL-6and TNF-αlevels decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the D-dimer significantly decreased in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablet can effectively relieve the symptoms of hepatitis B in compensatory stage,improve the liver function and serum inflammatory factors and D-dimer level.
