摘要
目的探讨中医活血化瘀法与复方鳖甲软肝片治疗乙肝肝纤维化临床效果。方法选取本院2010年1月—2016年1月收治的80例乙肝肝纤维化患者,根据不同治疗方法,将其分为研究组和对照组,每组患者40例,研究组患者采取中医活血化瘀法,对照组患者采取复方鳖甲软肝片,观察两组治疗前后丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、血清总胆红素(TBil)、血清白蛋白(ALB)等肝功能变化指标以及血清透明质酸(HA)、层粘蛋白(LN)两项肝纤维化指标等,以及对比两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者的治疗效果为92.5%,明显优于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前ALT、TBil、ALB组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组ALT、TBil均降低,ALB升高,并且研究组变化幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);HBV-DNA治疗前后组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗前HA、LN指标对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组患者肝纤维化指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医活血化瘀法治疗乙肝肝纤维化,可有效保护肝功能,同时有效改善临床症状,值得临床借鉴应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Huayu Decoction and Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablet in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis of hepatitis B patients.Methods A total of80cases of hepatitis B hepatic fibrosis treated during Jan.2010and Jan.2016were enrolled and divided into two groups,40patients in either group.The study group was treated with Huoxue Huayu Decoction,and the control group was treated with Compound Biejia Ruangan Tablet.The alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBil),albumin(ALB),hyaluronic acid(HA)and laminin(LN)of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical efficacy was92.5%and70.0%in the study group and control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no differences in ALT,TBil,ALB between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,ALT and TBIL decreased in both groups while ALB increased(P<0.05),and the changes were more significant in the study group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in HBV-DNA before and after treatment(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in HA and LN between the two groups before treatment,while after treatment,the indexes were improved in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine Huoxue Huayu Decoction can effectively protect liver function and improvehe clinical symptoms.It is worthy of clinical application.
