摘要
目的探讨父母孕前及孕期环境危险因素暴露与先天性心脏病的关系。方法选择2014年5月—2016年5月在榆林市儿童医院住院的84例无先天性心脏病家族史的先天性心脏病患儿为病例,采用以医院为基础的1∶2配对病例―对照研究方法,通过χ~2检验或Fisher确切概率检验,分析父母双方孕前及孕期环境危险因素对先天性心脏病患儿的影响。结果父母孕前及孕期接触化学、工业废气、母亲孕前及孕期工作生活环境嘈杂、孕早期病毒感染、口服保胎药、自然流产等因素均与生育先天性心脏病患儿的相关关系显著(P<0.05)。结论该调查研究表明患儿先天性心脏病的发生与其父母怀孕前及孕期多种环境危险因素暴露有关,应加强环境因素的干预,防止化学毒物、工业废气的接触,远离嘈杂环境可减少先天性心脏病的发生。
Objective To explore the correlation between parental risk factor exposure and the occurrence of congenial heart disease(CHD)of their children.Methods During May2014and May2016,84newborns with CHD(with no CHD family history)and168healthy newborns were enrolled in a hospital-based case-control study.Chi-square test and Fisher exact probability test were performed to analyze the effects of parental risk factor exposure on their children.Results Environmental risk factors,such as exposure to chemical or industrial waste gas before or during pregnancy,working or living in a noisy environment during pregnancy,virus infection during early pregnancy,taking abortion prevention medication,natural abortion,were all significantly associated with CHD of children(P〈0.05).Conclusion Risk of offspring developing CHD is associated with parents5exposure to many environmental risk factors before and during pregnancy.Therefore,it is time to strengthen the intervention measures to avoid contact with chemical,poisonous substance and industrial waste gas before and during pregnancy,thereby reducing the occurrence of CHD.
