摘要
幼儿教师心理健康状况不容乐观,幼师群体心理问题逐年增多。幼儿教师心理求助的态度在中上水平,但主动求助的意识不强。影响幼儿教师心理求助的因素可以分为内部维度和外部维度,内在原因如个人观念、能力等,外在原因如家长、社会态度。幼儿教师心理援助策略主要有:明确心理援助的对象,为幼儿教师的专业心理求助提供便捷的途径,心理援助应建立在预防为主原则的基础上,减少幼儿教师非教学任务。
At present,mental health status of preschool teachersis not optimistic,and the mental problems of kindergarten teachersare increasing year by year.The attitude of kindergartenteachers'psychological help seeking is in the middle and upperlevel,but the consciousness of active help seeking is not strong.The factors that affect the psychological help of kindergartenteachers can be divided into internal dimensions and external dimensions.Intrinsic reasons such as personal ideas,abilities,etc.,external causes such as parents,social attitudes and so on.Thepsychological assistance strategies of kindergarten teachers are asfollows:to clarify the object of psychological assistance and toprovide a convenient way for kindergarten teachers'professionalpsychological help.Psychological assistance should be based onthe principle of prevention and reduce the non-teaching task ofkindergarten teachers.
