摘要
目的:探讨ICU重症颅脑损伤患者应用L-丙氨酰谷氨酰胺肠外营养的效果。方法:收治ICU重症颅脑损伤患者60例,随机分为对照组(采取常规肠外营养支持)和观察组(采取L-丙氨酰谷氨酰胺的肠外营养支持)各30例。结果:观察组血清TP、ALB、并发症发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ICU重症颅脑损伤患者采用L-丙氨酰谷氨酰胺肠外营养进行支持,能够有效降低患者并发症发生,改善患者血清水平。
Objective:To investigate the effect of L-alanylglutamine on patients with severe traumatic brain injury(ICU).Methods:60patients with severe craniocerebral injury were treated in ICU.They were randomly divided into the control group(with routineparenteral nutrition support)and the observation group(taking L-alanylglutamine parenteral nutrition),with30cases in each group.Results:The level of serum TP,ALB and the incidence of complications in the observation group were better than those in thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using of L-alanylglutamine parenteral nutrition support in patients with severe traumatic braininjury can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and improve serum levels in patients with ICU.
