摘要
目的探讨麦默通乳腺良性肿瘤旋切术在日间手术中应用的安全性、可行性和患者满意度。方法选取500例在乳腺外科日间手术中心接受麦默通旋切术乳腺良性肿瘤患者为实验组,另选取同期300例接受开放手术乳腺良性肿瘤患者作为对照组。比较两组术后病理类型、再就诊率及满意度评分。结果两组术后病理类型、再就诊率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后1年复查彩超均无复发。实验组患者术后满意度评分为(4.591±0.853)分,明显优于对照组的(3.246±1.005)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麦默通旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤相比传统开放手术,安全性和有效性相同,但患者满意度较高,值得在日间手术中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the safety,feasibility and satisfaction of Mammotome atherectomy for benign breast tumor in daytime surgery.Methods There were500benign breast tumor patients undergoing daytime mummomy surgery in breast surgery department as experimental group,and concurrent300benign breast tumor patients undergoing open surgery as control group.Comparison were made on postoperative pathological type,revisit rate and satisfaction score in two groups.Results Both groups had no statistically significant difference in postoperative pathological type and revisit rate(P>0.05).Both groups had no occurrence in postoperative1year by color Doppler ultrasonography.The experimental group had obviously better postoperative satisfaction score as(4.591±0.853)points than(3.246±1.005)points in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open surgery,Mammotome atherectomy shows equal safety and effectiveness in treating benign breast tumor,but the satisfaction degree is higher.So it is worthy of promotion and application in daytime surgery.
