摘要
目的探讨B超引导下麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺良性肿瘤的护理。方法对乳腺良性肿瘤行B超引导下麦默通微创旋切术的患者进行术前准备、心理护理和健康指导,术中给予合适的体位、心理支持和做好并发症的预防,术后密切观察局部情况及加强伤口护理、疼痛护理及健康指导。结果本组62例患者提高治疗依从性,避免并发症的发生,确保手术安全有效。结论术前做好心理护理及各种准备,术后加强观察和护理,对于提高手术成功率,促进康复,减少并发症的发生有重要意义。
Objective To summary the care experience for B ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimally invasive treatment of benign breast tumor.Methods We did the preoperative preparation,mental health care and guidance before operation;fixed up an appropriate position,gave psychological support and made the prevention of complications on operation;had a close observation of the wound and reinforced local wound care,pain care and health guidance after the operation.Results The groups of 62 patients to improve treatment compliance avoid complications,to ensure safe and effective surgery.Conclusions Preoperative psychological care and a variety of preparations,after strengthening the observation and care,for improving the operation into a throw,and promoter rehabilitation and reduce the incidence of disease is important.
