摘要
目的探讨整体护理干预在预防鼻咽癌放疗后声带麻痹中的应用效果。方法 103例鼻咽癌放疗患者分为对照组52例和干预组51例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在对照组基础上实施整体护理干预。观察2组放疗后声带麻痹的情况。结果放疗后0~12个月,干预组IV^VI度声带麻痹患者比例低于对照组(P<0.05),放疗后12个月~36个月,2组IV^VI度声带麻痹患者增加,但干预组比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理干预对预防鼻咽癌放疗后声带麻痹具有积极作用。
Objective To evaluate the application of holistic nursing in prevention of vocal cord paralysisafterradiotherapyfornasopharyngealcarcinoma.MethodsAtotal of103for na-sopharyngeal carcinomapatientswithradiotherapywereassignedtothecontrolgroup(n=52)and theinterventiongroup(n=51).Bothtwogroups receivedroutinenursing,andtheholisticnursing intervention was carried out in the intervention group.The condition of vocal cord paralys-is was evaluated.ResultsThe proportion of patients with IV^VI degree of vocal cord paralysiswas lower in the intervention group than that of controls12months after radiotherapy(P<0.05).More patientsinthecontrolgroupsufferedfromIV^VIdegree of vocalcordparalysis12-36months after radiotherapy compared with those in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of holistic nursing is potentially effective to prevent vocal cord paralysis after radio-therapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
