摘要
目的:观察中医针灸辨证治疗甲状腺切除术后声带麻痹的临床疗效及护理干预效果。方法:将64例甲状腺切除术后声带麻痹的患者,应用中医针灸辨证治疗,并辅以相关的情志、饮食、发音训练等辨证施护措施。观察患者的治疗效果与护理后患者的生活质量。结果:64例患者总有效率为92.2%;病程在1-6个月内的39例患者总有效率为100%,病程6个月以上的25例患者总有效率则为80.0%。护理后患者在总体健康、语言功能等方面的生活质量显著高于护理前(P<0.05)。结论:应用中医针灸辨证治疗甲状腺切除术后声带麻痹的疗效显著,结合中医推拿与呼吸、发声、发音练习对于患者预后语言功能等生活质量的提高有一定的积极作用。
Objective： To study the efficacy of acupuncture plus nursing intervention on vocal cord paralysis caused by thyroidectomy. Methods： The 64 cases of patients with vocal cord paralysis caused by thyroidectomy were given acupuncture dialectical therapy as well as nursing measures, including emotion nursing, diet nursing, pronunciation training et al. The nursing efficacy and patients＇ quality of life were observed after treatment and care. Results： The total effective rate was 92.2% of the 64 cases; the total effective rate was 100% of the 39 cases, the course of disease of which was from 1 to 6 months; and to- tal effective rate was $0.0% of the 25 cases, the course of disease of which was above 6 months. The aspects of quality of life, including the overall health care and language features was improved significantly after the nursing （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture dialectical can provide significant effect for vocal cord paralysis caused by thyroidectomy; with the combination of traditional massage and breathing, voice, pronunciation practice, there was positive effect on life quality of the language functions.
