摘要
目的探讨品管圈活动在降低乳腺癌患者化疗期间耐高压注射型经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管(PowerPICC)堵管率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,确立"预防PowerPICC堵管"为活动主题,对活动前(2014年9月—2015年2月)PowerPICC堵管原因进行分析,制订对策并实施,观察活动后(2015年2—8月)PowerPICC堵管发生情况。结果实施品管圈活动后,乳腺癌患者PowerPICC堵管发生率由14.4%(18/125)降至2.2%(3/132)。结论品管圈活动能有效降低乳腺癌患者化疗期间PowerPICC堵管发生率,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the role of quality control circle(QCC)activity on preventionof power peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)blockage in breast cancer patientswith chemotherapy.Methods The QCC group was set up and the theme was identified as howto prevent PowerPICC catheter blockage.The nursing countermeasures to potential reasons ofblockage were carried out.The incidence of PowerPICC catheter blockage was compared beforeimplementation of QCCactivity(between September,2014and February,2015)after implementationof QCCactivity(between February,2015and August,2015).Results The incidence ofPowerPICCcatheter blockage decreased from14.4J(18/125)before QCC activity to2.2%(3/132)after QCCactivity.Conclusion Q C C activitycandecreasetheratesofPow erPIC Ccatheterblockage in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.
