考虑寄生参数影响的高压叠层母线排优化设计 被引量:2

Optimization Design of High Power Laminated Bus Bars Considering the Effects of Parasitic Parameters

摘要 以三相变流系统中的高压母线排为例,在原有独立母排基础上,设计了原格局下的和改善电容及功率器件分布格局后的叠层母线排,仿真和实验对其寄生参数进行研究。结果表明,相对于独立母排,设计的叠层母线排寄生电容参数增加,滤波效果增强;寄生电阻和寄生电感大大减小,叠层母排的寄生参数进一步降低;减小回路中的过电压和降低回路中的差模/共模干扰与近场辐射,对降低电力电子装置中的传导电磁干扰具有重要意义。 Based on the original independent bus in three phase current transformer system,the laminated bus bars on the original pattern and the improving distribution pattern of the capacitance and power device were designed.The simulation and experiment show that compared with the parasitic parameters of the independent bus,although the capacitance parameters of the laminated bus line is increased,the parasitic resistance and inductance are decreased greatly and the parasitic parameters of laminated bus can fall further after reasonable layout.The over voltage and the common-mode/differential-mode interference in the circuit and field radiation can be reduced,also it is a great significance for reducing the conduction electromagnetic interference of power electronic equipment.
