摘要
目的本文就全程健康教育模式在糖尿病护理管理中的作用效果进行研究及探讨。方法选择本院2015年9月至2016年8月期间收治的112例糖尿病患者，按照随机数字表法分为2组，参照组(n=56)予以常规护理管理，实验组(n=56)在常规护理基础上实施全程健康教育，比较2组患者的血糖控制效果及健康知识知晓率。结果实验组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖控制效果优于参照组，实验组患者的健康知识知晓率比较参照组更高，P<0.05。结论为糖尿病患者实施全程健康教育，对控制血糖水平、提高患者健康知识知晓率均有积极作用，值得推广。
Objective:To study and explore the effect of health education model in diabetes care management.Methods:112patients with diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from September to August2015were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The reference group(n=56)was used for routine nursing management.The experimental group(n=56)on the basis of routine care to implement full health education,compared the two groups of patients with blood glucose control and health knowledge awareness rate.Results:The fasting blood glucose and the control effect of blood glucose in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group.The awareness rate of health knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is worthy to promote the implementation of full health education for diabetic patients,and to control the blood glucose level and improve the awareness of patients'health knowledge.
