摘要
目的:探究舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸伊托必利片对功能性消化不良患者胃肠动力的影响。方法:选择2013年4月—2015年9月我院收治的功能性消化不良患者80例,根据治疗方式不同分为两组,每组40例。对照组实施盐酸伊托必利治疗,观察组实施舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸伊托必利片治疗,比较两组患者临床症状消失时间、治疗前后促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素水平。结果:观察组各临床症状消失时间明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),治疗前两组患者的促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸伊托必利片对治疗功能性消化不良有良好的治疗效果,能有效改善患者促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素水平,可缩短患者临床症状消失时间,减轻患者病痛,有助于患者预后恢复,在临床应用中具有较高的推广价值。
Objective:To explore the effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with Itopride Hydrochloride Tablets on gastrointestinal dynamics of patients with functional dyspepsia.Methods:80patients with functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital from April2013to September2015were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatments,with40cases in each group.The control group received Itopride Hydrochloride Tablets treatment while the observation group received Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with Itopride Hydrochloride Tablets treatment.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms of the two groups and the levels of corticotropin releasing hormone before and after treatment were compared.Results:The disappearance time of clinical symptoms of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of the levels of corticotropin releasing hormone before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Aftertreatment,the levels of corticotropin releasing hormone of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with Itopride Hydrochloride Tablets had significant effect on gastrointestinal dynamics of patients with functional dyspepsia,it could improve the levels of corticotropin releasing hormone effectively and shorten the patients’disappearance time of clinical symptoms,which was conducive to prognosis and was of high promotion value in the clinical application.
