摘要
目的:对中医临床文献中肾阴虚证相关疾病进行病证结合的描述性统计分析,探索肾阴虚证与西医疾病之间的关系。方法:全文检索中国知网中医临床研究文献,对文献中涉及的西医病名规范化整理后,进行频数统计。结果:初步收集全文文献共计6001篇,最终纳入文献4129篇。肾阴虚证相关疾病出现频次高低前20位依次为糖尿病、更年期综合征、失眠、高血压、中风、不孕、卵巢早衰、多囊卵巢综合征、月经不调、不育、眩晕、糖尿病肾病、冠心病、痤疮、抑郁症、骨质疏松症、慢性肾功能衰竭、干燥综合征;肾阴虚证所涉及的发病部位按频次高低前20位依次为颅脑、卵巢、心理、心脏、胰腺、肾、子宫、皮肤、女性生殖、肝、免疫系统、肺、男性生殖、耳、骨、口、前列腺、肠、乳房。结论:"肾阴虚证"的所有西医疾病及相关发病部位的分布情况,可为阐述肾阴虚证"异病同证"的内涵,"肾阴虚证"实质的实验研究及临床实践提供参考。
Objective:In order to explore the relationship between kidney yin deficiency and Western diseases,the kidney yin deficiency syndrome related diseases in TCM clinical literature were given a descriptive statistical analysis of combination of disease and syndrome.Method:A full text retrieval was made by using CNKI Chinese medicine clinical research literature,after the standardization of the western medicine names in the literature,the frequency statistics was made.Result:A total of6001full-text articles were collected,and4129papers were included in the final.20kidney yin deficiency syndrome related diseases of high frequency included diabetes,menopausal syndrome,insomnia,high blood pressure,stroke,infertility,premature ovarian failure,polycystic ovarian comprehensivesyndrome,irregular menstruation,infertility,vertigo,diabetic nephropathy,coronary heart disease,acne,depression,osteoporosis,chronicrenal failure,Sjogren syndrome;20incidence location related to kidney yin deficiency syndrome included brain,ovary,psychological,heart,pancreas,kidney,uterus,skin,female genital,liver,immune system,lung,male reproductive,ears,bone,mouth,prostate,colon,breast.Conclusion:The distribution of all Western diseases of“kidney yin deficiency syndrome"and related incidence location could provide reference in illustrating the connotation of"Different diseases with the same syndrome"and the essence of“kidney Yin deficiency syndrome”experiment research and clinical practice.
