摘要
目的:评估外用和血通痹方加减对抗肿瘤化疗药所致周围神经毒性的治疗效果及其安全性。方法:采用自身治疗前后对照方法,收集合格病例40例,予外用和血通痹方加减治疗抗肿瘤化疗药所致周围神经毒性。参考NCI周围神经毒性分级标准,观察用药前后神经毒性分级变化及起效时间,评估治疗效果。结果:本方案辨证加减治疗抗肿瘤化疗药所致周围神经毒性有确切的疗效,能显著改善患者手足麻木、感觉异常等神经毒性症状,总有效率97.5%。气虚型和血虚型这两种证型的疗效尤为明显。结论:外用和血通痹方可有效减轻周围神经毒性症状,提高患者生活质量。
Objective:To evaluate the effect and safety of the external application of Hexue Tongbi Formula in treating peripheral neurotoxicity induced by antineoplastic chemotherapeutic agents.Methods:40qualified cases were collected by using control method before and after treatment and received the external application of Hexue Tongbi Formula in treating peripheral neurotoxicity induced by antineoplastic chemotherapeutic agents.Referring to the peripheral neurotoxicity classification criteria of NCI,the changes of neurotoxicity levels and onset time before and after treatment were observed and the effect was evaluated.Results:The external application of Hexue Tongbi Formula had significant effect in treating peripheral neurotoxicity induced by antineoplastic chemotherapeutic agents.It could significantly relieve the patients’hand foot numbness,paresthesia and other neurotoxic symptoms and the total effective rate was97.5%.It’s effect on qi deficiency and blood deficiency type was particularly evident.Conclusion:The external application of Hexue Tongbi Formula could effectively reduce peripheral neurotoxicity and it could improve the patients’life quality.
