摘要
目的:研究中西医结合治疗对急性缺血性脑卒中患者预后的影响。方法:选择本院96例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,分为对照组和联合组。对照组单纯接受常规西药治疗及康复治疗,联合组在对照组基础上另给予中医治疗,对比两组预后。结果:联合组随访6个月死亡/残障率为17.7%,显著低于对照组的37.9%(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性缺血性脑卒中可改善患者预后。
Objective: To investigate influence of the integrative medicine on prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods: 96 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 48 cases for each. The control group was given the conventional western medicine plus rehabilitation therapy; and the combination group was given the TCM therapy more. Prognosis in two groups were compared.Results: Followed up 6 months, death or disability was 17.7% in the combination group, lower than 37.9% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The integrative medicine on acute ischemic stroke could improve prognosis.
