摘要
目的:观察中药熏药配合蜂针治疗类风湿关节炎疗效。方法:将需要观察的病例随机分为两组,其中治疗组32例,对照组32例,均予蜂针治疗。治疗组在蜂疗的基础上加用中药熏药进行热敷治疗。两组疗程均为6周,观察两组治疗前后症状和体征的改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为84%,对照组总有效率为66%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,两组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏药配合蜂针治疗类风湿关节炎疗效显著。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of apitherapy plus fumigation on rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: All cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 32 cases in each group. Both groups were given apitherapy. The treatment group took fumigation more. Results: The total efficiency was 84% in the treatment group, and better than 66% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Fumigation plus apitherapy on rheumatoid arthritis showed a distinct effect.
