摘要
当前在中国工程领域存在系统工程与项目管理概念混淆的问题。从辨析工程的本质入手,理清了系统工程的基本概念,分析了系统工程和项目管理之间的区别与联系,提出系统工程是工程项目的技术总体与管理的观点,强调加强总体及管理的重要性,以保证重大工程项目的成功。
The concept of systems engineering based on the essence of engineering is clarified,the difference and relationbetween systems engineering and project management are analyzed,and it is concluded that systems engineering is the system design,integration and the technical management in engineering projects.This paper pays emphasis on the importance of systems engineeringapproach for the successful realization of a major engineering project.
