摘要
酱香白酒是贵州的重要支柱产业,其副产物酱香白酒糟产量大且营养丰富,含有丰富的蛋白、纤维、维生素、微量元等物质,经预处理后,可以用于食用菌栽培。试验结果表明,加入酱香白酒糟的配方栽培海鲜菇菌丝生长浓白粗壮,生长速度快于对照不加酒糟的配方,但产量低于不加酒糟的配方。利用酒糟栽培海鲜菇要获得好的产量,还必须进一步开展菌株筛选和配方研制等试验。
Maotai-flavor liquor was the important pillar industry of Guizhou province. The vinasse was high yield and rich nutrition, containing abundant proteins, celluloses, vitamins and trace element et al. The vinasse can be used for edible fungus cultivation after pretreatment. The results showed that the yield of Hypsizygus marmoreus in the formula of vinasse was lower than those of other formulas. So, the formula of vinasse could be further screening bacterial strain and studying formula for obtaining high output.
