摘要
目的:探讨药学服务对结核性胸膜炎用药依从性的影响。方法:分析住院患者的用药依从性和影响因素,制订并实施药学服务对策。结果:实施全程药学服务干预后,依从性不良患者均严格遵照医嘱用药,依从性较佳。结论:全程药学服务能提高结核性胸膜炎患者的用药依从性,提高药物治疗效果和患者的生存质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of pharmaceutical care on medication compliance of tuberculosis pleurisy.Methods:We analyzed medication compliance and influencing factors of inpatients,formulated and implemented pharmaceutical care strategies.Results:After the implementation of the whole pharmaceutical care,patients with poor compliance were strictly follow the prescribed medication,and the compliance was better.Conclusion:The entire pharmaceutical care can improve medication compliance in patients with tuberculous pleurisy,improve the quality of life of patients and the effect of drug treatment.
