摘要
我国老年高血压的患病率呈上升趋势,用药依从性对高血压的治疗结局有决定性影响。但我国高血压人群中仅有31.2%的患者药物治疗依从性较好,因此,用药依从性是医务人员干预的重点之一。本文通过对老年高血压用药依从性干预研究进展进行分析,了解现状,为提高社区老年高血压患者的用药依从性提供进一步研究的依据。
The prevalence of elderly hypertension shows an up trend.Drug compliance has a decisive influence on the treatment results of hypertension.But only 31.2% patients have good drug compliance in hypertensive population in China.Therefore,drug compliance is one of the interventional emphases.This article provides a further research base for drug compliance improvement of elderly hypertensive patients by analyzing the recent progress in drug compliance interventional research.
