摘要
社区冲突源于社区利益的分化,而社区信任关系的断裂使社区冲突失去了调和的基础。在这种情况下,社会工作参与社区治理的主要策略是进行"源头治理",通过转变基层政府执政理念、改变社区居委会的角色错位、培养社区居民的社区意识等,使社区由"冲突"走向"合作"。
Community conflict comes from the differentiation of community interests,but the fracture ofcommunity relationship makes it difficult to reconcile.In this case,the main strategy of social work interventionin community governance is“source control”,which includes changing the governing philosophy of localgovernments,changing the dislocated role of community neighborhood committee,cultivating communityconsciousness of community residents,and so on,in order to transform the community from conflict tocooperation.
