摘要
目的:探讨肝硬化患者胆囊壁增厚程度与肝功能的相关性。方法:收治肝硬化患者218例,根据胆囊壁的增厚程度分为单层增厚型组和双层增厚型组,比较两组肝功能。结果:单层增厚型组肝功能优于双层增厚型组(P<0.05)。结论:肝硬化患者胆囊壁增厚程度与肝功能的受损程度呈正比。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the degree of gallbladder wall thickening and liver function in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods:According to the degree of gallbladder wall thickening,218 cases of patients with liver cirrhosis were divided into the single layer thickening group and the double layer thickening group,the liver function of the two groups was compared.Results:The liver function of the single layer thickening group was better than that of the double layer thickening group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The degree of gallbladder wall thickening in patients with liver cirrhosis was proportional to the degree of liver function damage.
