摘要
目的探讨颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的超声特点。方法对1500例健康查体者进行了颈动脉血管检查。结果检出颈动脉粥样硬化斑块305例,其中局限性斑块型225例,占73.77%;弥漫性增厚型30例,占9.84%;混合型50例,占16.39%。结论颈动脉超声检查是诊断、评估动脉壁病变的有效手段之一,在对颈动脉粥样硬化的预防、治疗评价中起着重要作用。
Objective To discuss the ultrsonically characteristics of atherosclerotic plaque in carotid artery. Methods Carotid arteries in 1 500 healthy people were tested.Results There were 305 people with atherosclerotic plaque in carotid artery and 225 of whose were limited model （73.77%）, 30 cases were diffused model （9.84%）, and 50 mixed model （16.39%）. Conclusion Ultra- sonic examination was one of the effective ways to diagnose, evaluate the pathology of artery wall, and it played an important role in the prevention and treatment evaluation of carotid artery atherosclerosis.
