摘要
目的:探究不同手术方法在治疗老年股骨转子间骨折中的临床疗效。方法:收治老年股骨转子间骨折患者96例,分甲乙丙3组,分别采用动力髋螺钉固定术、人工股骨头置换术和外固定架固定术进行治疗,对临床治疗效果进行分析。结果:丙组的术中出血量明显小于甲组和乙组;乙组的术后卧床时间小于甲组和丙组;乙组的不良反应率明显低于甲组和丙组,比较结果,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对老年股骨转子间骨折的特殊性,采用不同的手术方法进行治疗,能起到良好的治疗效果。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of different surgical methods in the treatment of intertrochanteric fracturesof the elderly.Methods:96 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected.They were divided into the A,B,C 3 groups.The dynamic hip screw fixation,artificial femoral head replacement and external fixation were used to treat the patientsrespectively.We analyzed the effect of clinical treatment.Results:The amount of bleeding during operation in the group C wassignificantly less than those in the group A and the group B.In the group B,the postoperative bed time was less than the group Aand the group C.The adverse reaction in the group B was significantly lower than the group A and the group C.The differenceswere statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the special characteristics of intertrochanteric fracture in theelderly,different surgical methods can be used to treat the elderly patients with good therapeutic effect.
