股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗老年不稳定性股骨转子间骨折 被引量:14

摘要 目的评价股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法采用PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间不稳定性骨折21例。结果 21例均获随访,时间6~24(7.6±2.5)个月。骨折均愈合,时间6~12(17.3±2.1)个月,其中18例患者已完全负重行走。参照Harris评分标准评定髋关节功能:优13例,良7例,中1例。结论 PFNA操作简单,创伤小、失血少、内固定可靠,是治疗老年股骨转子间不稳定性骨折较理想的内固定材料。 Objective To introduce the method for the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric unstable fracture of the senile patients with the proximal femoral nail anti-rotation(PFNA).Methods 21 patients with femoral intertrochanteric unstable fracture were treated with PFNA.Results The mean follow-up was 7.6±2.5 months(range:6 to 24 months).Fracture union occurred in all patients in 6~12(7.3±2.1) months.18 cases could walk with weight bearing.According to Harris hip joint functional criteria,the results were excellent in 13 cases,good in 7,and fair in 1.Conclusions PFNA has the advantage of more simple manipulation,fewer trauma,less bleeding,strong fixation,and anti-rotation.It is believed that PFNA is an ideal internal fixation material for intertrochanteric fracture of femur.
