摘要
目的:探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)内固定和滑槽鹅头钉锁定钉板(DHS)内固定在治疗股骨粗隆间骨折(FIF)的临床疗效。方法:收治FIF患者60例,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予DHS内固定治疗,观察组给予PFNA内固定治疗,对比两组患者Harris评分、并发症、手术耗时、住院时间差异等。结果:观察组患者Harris评分、各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:治疗股骨粗隆间骨折应优先考虑PFNA内固定,如此才可保证在切口较小的情况下最快地恢复健康。
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of proximal femoral nail anti rotation(PFNA) internal fixation andsliding goose head nail locking nail plate(DHS) internal fixation in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture(FIF).Methods:60 patients with FIF were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 30cases in each.The control group was given DHS internal fixation treatment.The observation group was given PFNA internalfixation treatment.The differences of Harris scores,complications,operation times,hospitalization times were compared between thetwo groups.Results:The Harris score and indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:PFNA internal fixation should be preferred in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture,so that it can beguaranteed the fastest recovery in the case of smaller incision.
