摘要
目的:探讨地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹的效果。方法:收治慢性荨麻疹患者76例,随机分为观察组46例和对照组30例,对照组给予地氯雷他定片治疗,观察组在此基础上联合复方甘草酸苷治疗。结果:对照组治疗总有效率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:地氯雷他定联合复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性荨麻疹安全、有效,并发症少。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of desloratadine combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:76 patients with chronic urticaria were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group with 46 cases and the control group with 30 cases.The control group was given the desloratadine tablets treatment,and the observation group was given the compound glycyrrhizin treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:The total effective rate of the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Desloratadine combined with compound glycyrrhizin is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic urticaria,and it has less complications.
