摘要
目的:分析全程优质护理干预后产妇产后纯母乳喂养情况及其哺乳技能。方法:收治产妇80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,观察组给予全程优质护理,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组产妇干预前后相关哺乳情况。结果:干预后6周、3个月,观察组哺乳技能评分以及纯母乳喂养率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全程优质护理干预能够有效提高纯母乳喂养率,改善其哺乳技能,促进新生儿更加健康的生长发育。
Objective:To analyze the maternal postpartum pure breast feeding and lactation skills after whole high quality nursingintervention.Methods:80 cases of puerperas were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the controlgroup with 40 cases in each.The observation group was given whole high quality nursing.The control group was given routinenursing.The related lactation situations of two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results:6 weeks and 3months after the intervention,the lactation skill score and pure breast feeding rate of the observation group were all better thanthose of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Whole high quality nursing intervention can effectively improve the pure breastfeeding rate,improve their lactation skills,and promote the healthy growth and development of newborns.
