摘要
目的探讨优质护理在妊高症产妇产后出血护理中的价值。方法抽取2016年1月-2017年12月本院诊疗的53例妊高症产后出血患者,随机分为甲组26例、乙组27例。其中甲组使用常规护理干预,乙组则在甲组的基础上使用优质护理干预,比较患者血压水平、生活质量评分、满意度。结果甲组收缩压、舒张压水平明显高于乙组,各数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。乙组躯体情况、心理情况、社会功能、物质情况等生活质量评分明显优于甲组,各数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。甲组总满意度为76.92%,乙组则为96.30%,各数据比较有意义(P<0.05)。结论针对妊高症产后出血患者,优质护理模式可在改善患者血压水平的同时,强化其生活质量及满意度,预防护患纠纷,可推广。
Objective To investigate the value of quality nursing in postpartum hemorrhage of pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 53 cases of postpartum hemorrhage due to pregnancy induced hypertension were randomly divided into group A (26 cases)and group B (27 cases).Group A were given rou- tine nursing intervention,while group B were given high quality nursing intervention on the basis of group A. Blood pressure,quality of life and satisfaction were compared.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in group A were significantly higher than those in group B,and the data were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of physical condition,psychological condition,social function and material condition in group B were significantly better than those in group A,the data were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of group A was 76.92%,while group B was 96.30%,the data were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients with postpartum hemorrhage due to pregnancy induced hypertension,the quality nursing model can not only improve the blood pressure,but also strengthen the quality of life and satisfaction, prevent nurse-patient disputes,and can be popularized.
